hi there,
I've been enjoying your emails. I bake for my family quite abit. I was wondering though if you are going to have any glutin free cake recipes in your new book. I have celiac disease and on a glutin free diet and I'm finding it hard to find recipes that taste good. My father has Celiac Disease as well and I would love to surprise him with a cake he can eat on my parents 50th wedding anniversary at the end of March. I hope you can help me out. Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to the new books. thanks again. Susan Roberts saasca@hotmail.com

Hi Sam and Mike,
Thank you,Thank you, and Thank you!

I am truly a cake-baker novice. I just started baking cakes (mostly home-made)last year, and I love it. It has become a passion. My grandmother will be 93-years-old March 1. She was the baker in our family as I remember growing up. She baked out-of-this-world! I never had a clue that I would pick this trade up. Perhaps it was lying dormant inside of me. However, it has truly come to life now. I salute Grandma!!!.

Your T-I-P-S are soooo helpful and have answered many of the questions that I had pertaining to cake baking. Please keep up the outstanding work and commitment you have given to "Cake Decorating Made Easy!"

You are a B.L.E.S.S.I.N.G. in disguise. Looking forward to all you so generously offer.

Every time I check my e-mail, I am looking for an e-mail from Sam. Pretty exciting!

Keep the Faith. What an awesome gift! Cakes to Die For!!!!

First of all thanks to my hubby who gifted me your ebook on cakemadeseasy. And of course thanks to you and Sam for compiling an excellent book with clear instructions and tips. Though I have been decorating cakes for for while now, I have found many answers to my questions on baking and decorating cakes in your book. The tips you send are great and have helped me bake a prefect cake. The glaze, filling and frosting recipes are what I am looking forward to trying out. I am also looking forward to your Vol 2. Intermediate and Advance ebook, as I would like learn more about cake decorating.

I found the recipes and tips to be very informative, even to an experienced baker. I was not able to download the video. When I tried to download the media player I got an error message. My computer is older and works better with Windows Media Player....I have heard others say the same.

Love the video. Showed so much in a short time. Hope there are more videos in the book. The middle of my cakes get done but the out sides still seem to get a little crispy. Will the flower nail or heating core still help me even if the middle of my cakes are getting done?

The videos are an awesome idea, they make things much more clear. I sincerely hope that there will be lots of them in the new books. I can't wait until they are completed. Thank you for the email tips as well. I look forward to them every day. Great job.

Hi,
I just watched the video clip and thought it was great, the only thing I would change is the camera moves around a lot in the video, if maybe the shot could be a little farther away and didnt have to bobble up and down so much. But the information was great, and it was nice to actually see your tips in action! Keep the video clips in.

I love the video. I wouldn't have ever thought about the flower nail trick for doneness. I'll try that next time I bake. I love the weekly tips in the email too.

Dear Sam and Michael:

The video clip was very helpful and it would have been perfect, except it kept stopping every few words and then starting up again. I did nothing to help it along.

As long as I'm here, I have a request. Could you also include a video on how to get icing really smooth? I've used the techniques from your previous book, but I still have some trouble, and I suspect I'm not alone. I think if we could see someone actually doing it, that would be of great help.

Thanks.

Hi,
I just started recieving your tips on cake decorating. I would just like to say that I have enjoyed reading all of the material. Thank you for making it available on the internet. Gregg

I enjoyed the tips however, you used a handheld camera which was very unsteady. This was very distracting. A tripos camera or shoulder camera would produce a steadier clip. The movement, especially the quick movement made it hard to focus on the clip.

I love the video clip about baking the perfectly level cake. I didn't know about using the nail tip to help cook the center, I have seen the core center, but love the nail tip idea better. I think the video was professional done. I wasn't sure about ordering the e-books. Now I think I will because, I think I will learn a lot. I started decorating and taking class 3 months ago and could use as much help as I can get.

Thanks,

Hi Sam & Michael

I thought your first video was very good. It had some good ideas, which I would never have thought of. I have not had a chance to look through all of my e book yet, but what I have managed to read is really great. I love baking and have iced lots of cakes, but have never know how to do it properly, your instructions are great. My cakes look very professional now. I look forward to more of your tips. Thanks Jay

Dear Sam & Michael,
It took me a while to receive the vedio, but it was very informative. You need to make more. But find a way we could keep them. I can't wait for vol.2 to be released also. The Sneak Peek was great. My daughter and I have been taking cake decorating classes lately but, it seems I get alot more out of looking at my mail-box at the tips Samantha leaves than I get in class. So just keeping sending them, I look forward to each and every one. Thank you so much and God Bless you, Charlene C.

Hi,

I just started to take classes on cake decorating. While I love the classes I get more tips and better ideas from your videos and tips. I can not wait for the e-book.

I put it on my birthday wish list but already know I won't want to wait so I will end up getting it myself.

Thanks for all the emails. I look forward to each one.

Hi my name is Zee and I want to tell you how great my volume 1 e-book is. I get great ideas and I refer back to it constantly. I'm so glad I purchased it. The other free books that came with it are fantastic also. I've used the cookie book and found my new favorite recipe for peanut butter cookies. Looking forward to Volume 2.
